  • Job Summary

    This position has responsibility for purchasing services in a timely manner and maintains inventory level to support of company goals and objectives.

    Role and Responsibilities

    ·         Understand company’s sales strategy, current promotions, events

    ·         Places and tracks Purchase orders and ensure timely delivery

    ·         Update and publish inventory reports (daily sales, inventory and accessories reports)

    ·         Communicate with related dept. on inventory issue and status on shipment details

    ·         Resolve shortages, missed or late deliveries

    ·         Resolve discrepancies, correct errors, and clarify issues related to invoices, statements, orders

    ·         Mange RMA process with vendors

    ·         New Product items set up, pricing update

    ·         Understanding of Dealer Allocation Tool

    ·         Maintain departmental records and files (SOP, WI, Pricing)

    ·         Fulfill, place order for all HQ supplies

    ·         VHA Retail supply ordering

    ·         Other duties as required by management

    Qualifications and Education Requirements

    Bachelor’s degree preferred or minimum of two years of relevant experience
